The staff are really friendly, nice and helpful.
The location is really close to the airport. About five minutes drive.
Property is modern and beautiful.
The bathroom is not properly clean. For a property that’s three years old, they need serious maintenance. Mould was on the bathroom tiles and lower door rims. We had to buy bleach and other cleaning materials to clean the whole bathroom because we had a baby with us.
The indoor pool was extremely cold and not heated. The reason was because outside temperature was about 19-20 degrees Celsius and also low season; they do not heat the pool. Meanwhile the outdoor pool is not usable because the waters are freezing.
Breakfast is okay. If you’re starting there for a lot of days, It gets boring after few days because it’s always the same and some days there wasn’t any form of butter, jam , or spread…
Management needs to really focus on maintenance

The location on the mountain with sea lookout was beautiful
The room was not very clean they could have done better job, the kitchen had no cutlery and we had a big issue at check-in where the rejected our booking saying there is an error in the system. They took 2 weeks to refund us and many calls to follow-up not mentioning we had to find another hotel at night as they failed to call us and where just sending messages on booking to say they can’t take us in .
