We spent great time with family on villa. Great location and view on mountains. Pretty convenient grill area, clean and warm swimming pool. Modern design, comfortable rooms. In fact there are 6 normal bedrooms and 1 small maid room with 2 bunk beds. Friendly and helpful staff.
The kitchen needs deep cleaning and disinfestation. We saw cockroaches especially near oven. In one room A/C didnt work, and there was no water heater in one bathroom so had to use other bathroom.

This villa has an AMAZING potential, the size is great, the location and the views are great, the interior design is great.
however the maintenance of the villa is a disaster!
- there were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen that went in our food
- the pool looked old and the tiles were off, plus in the whole big backyard there was only 1 lounge chair. The choice of the outdoor flooring is terrible and extremely slippery and dangerous
- There was huge water leakage from the ceiling in the butler kitchen as well as in the main room washroom when someone was showering
- The house is not well prepared at all, there was missing towels, oven mittens, paper towel, tissues, garbage bags, nothing to dry the dishes and wipe the counters, no sponge for the dishes
And most importantly this villa is advertised as 8 bedrooms and it has 7 bedrooms only including 1 very small one that has 4 bunkbeds for kids. The 8th room is outside next to the pool washroom and we didn't have access to it as it was locked.
Overall if all of the above are fixed, i would give the villa a second visit but as for now the experience did not match the price we paid.
