The hosts were waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome. They spend about an hour with us to show us all the things that we need to know about the apartment, air-condition, heat, electric panel, water drinkability, parking. They recommended places, restaurants and towns to visit in the area which was very valuable. This warm welcome was key to our enjoyment of Perugia. It was a true home away from home. I highly recommend.

I recommend this place:
- very good contact with the hosts, extremely polite and helpful,
- large and clean apartment
- working appliances,
- great location - right next to the historic center,
- private, secure parking
The good impression of this apartment is marred a little by small inconveniences, which is unfortunate, because the apartment has huge potential for a 10/10:
- no internet - Wi-Fi is practically non-existent, cell phone signal is weak, it's 2026 and you have no internet. This seems like a problem that can be solved for max. €20 a month.
- the kitchen is equipped with a moka pot; it would be nice to find a jar of even regular ground coffee,
- the bathroom is generally okay, but we ran out of toilet paper halfway through our stay, and there are no toiletries, not even soap.
These small things spoil the great impression the hosts make.
