The apartment was wonderful. Well kitted and there are three rooms with beds. Very nice location and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great location and property manager. Pet friendly. Super large apartment. Nice kitchen. Great parking in the building with no restrictions if your car is large. No heating in the living room but heater delivered immediately and with a smile.
No bedside lights. No matching wine glasses etc, we purchased our own otherwise it would have looked like a dogs breakfast. Electrics questionable. Speakers in the bedroom TV are blown and inaudible.

Location
We did not enjoy staying in this apartment, and here is why.
1. Extremely inconvenient check-in system.
The key to the building was hidden in a bag, with no clear instructions. It was completely unclear how to access the parking. As a result, we had to park the car on the street and received a fine for unpaid parking. This is unacceptable for a property of this type.
2. The apartment is large and spacious, but not designed for living.
There is space, but it feels as if the apartment was made for something else, not for comfortable everyday living.
There were no pillows on the single beds.
The walls are all scuffed.
The kitchen lacks essential cookware — all the frying pans are burnt.
There is no teapot and not even half of the necessary dishes for a proper dinner.
Old sponges and cleaning cloths were left behind.
The washing machine smells strongly of mold.
There are no curtains on the windows.
And many, many other small things that together create a feeling of neglect.
3. Hostile attitude from the neighbors.
It is obvious that the neighbors are against this apartment being rented out. In just two nights, we had to communicate with neighbors several times and answer questions about who we are and what we are doing there. This creates constant discomfort.
4. The location itself is excellent, but completely unused.
The apartment is located opposite a historic casino where Erich Maria Remarque once stayed and wrote about in “Night in Lisbon.” However, inside the apartment there is not a single hint of this history — no atmosphere, no details.
5. An unsettling atmosphere inside the apartment.
Old furniture, artificial flowers, and a cross on the mirror create a strange and disturbing feeling. It felt as if the apartment was not meant for living, but for rituals. The atmosphere is oppressive and uncomfortable.
6. Very strange check-in and check-out times.
Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM is extremely inconvenient.
