Spacious, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location.
Upstairs showered linked to main water supply meant the water temperature and supply was weak and unpredictable. The downstairs shower supply was better but the thermostat/temperautre control was sub-optimal as it was either scalding hot or freezing cold.
The inside of the washing machine was very mouldy which was off putting and discouraged use which could have been helpful during stay.

A comfortable house in a convenient location within walking distance of the town and the railway station. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The utility room was well-equipped.
As a small detail - we couldn't find any information about which day to put the bins out.

The location was mis-leading. It's not a farmhouse of the type you would expect. It's a house on a main residential road, and the road is covered in double yellow lines. Accommodation for eight people might need parking for 4 cars (we had 3).
Comfort was good, but stairs were very steep and could be a problem for some.
Repairs are need for the up-stairs shower and it's lighting.

The property was as expected for a older style farmhouse with flagstone floors
Convenient having a corner store open all hours opposite as well and a sports therapy centre as well
Probably could do with a larger hot water cylinder and more powerful showers - but apart from that all good
$$$$
