Gorgeous annex, styled beautifully, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in! It’s genuinely perfect, and being 15 minutes from Mallory park was a huge bonus for me!

Location excellent as attending a wedding.

Red porche in front drive too far forward, restricted maneuvering of car when exiting on main busy road . No toilet roll , no washing up liquid . Settee too low , couldn't lie down on it , too small .
