Excellent location
Spacious accommodation with a well

The sofas in the property had an extremely strong odour of dog. I contacted the owner privately before writing my review , who said dogs are not allowed in the property however the booking process indicated dogs are allowed and I booked the cottage after reading a review by a dog owner. This may be confusing to other guests.
Such a shame as everything else was fine but being unable to relax on the sofas during the time we spent indoors ( when it rained) did spoil our holiday.
Just to add our dog is not allowed on furniture or upstairs.

It was a very quirky space that was well decorated and furnished to a high standard and everything that was provided worked properly. There was private parking and Fiona, our host, was very pleasant on the phone and provided the information about the key safe very clearly.

Great location for everything you need in Bude although cottage on busy road
We thought we had booked the coach house as mentioned in our booking but we had the smaller groom cottage. Cottage fine but no where outside to hang wet suits, towels etc.
