We had such a lovely welcome from Elizabet, who was an absolute font of local knowledge! She recommended some excellent places for us to visit and some great restaurants, which was really helpful.
Our room was lovely, as was the bathroom, with a particularly good shower. Everything was comfortable and very well looked after.
Breakfasts were delicious, with plenty to choose from – and the boiled eggs were especially welcome!
A really lovely stay, made all the better by Elizabet’s warm welcome and brilliant recommendations. Thank you!

The location in the town was great especially as we were also able to park our car on site
The air con was a bonus, together with great blackout shutters.
The welcome from Elisabeth was lovely, she made us feel right at home, the room / suite was excellent, in a beautifully restored house

Lovely property with original features. Refurbished for customer comfort. Good breakfast.
My wife and I are both 80 and had told Les Deux Marguerite that we had difficulties with stairs. He n our outward journey we had a lovely room on the first floor. On our return journey our room was on the second floor and we found the stairs difficult and were afraid of falling, especially descending the stairs. The room itself was charming, but we avoided using the stairs as much as possible. The owners were very apologetic.
