We loved this house for my sister’s bachelorette party. Everyone felt supported and safe. The owner responded immediately and was available for any questions. We are hoping to rent this house again for a family trip next year. Thank you!!!!

We were completely blown away. This location OVER-exceeded our expectations from cleanliness, to comfortability and to its location between Condado and Isla Verde. This was our 1st family vacation where no one had to fight to jump in the shower. Every one of 7 bedrooms had its own bathroom. This house had ample space so that we were not atop of each other. There were at least 3 quiet areas that i could just sit and drink my morning coffee. And there is nothing better than a cup of Puerto Rican coffee while listening to the waves breaking on the surf.
This property was located within a 5-15 minute walk to some great restaurants and within a 30 min drive to many great attractions.
And when we had any questions regarding where something was or how something worked Richard was great at getting back to us.
I have to say that other than my quiet mornings drinking my coffee I think I most enjoyed my late night dips in the heated pool.

This VRBO is one of the top three homes that my large family has stayed in. It was close to the beach, had a pool, everyone had their own bathroom, etc. The location is right between old San Juan and the airport. Short Uber ride or drivable by car. Lily was personable and made you feel right at home. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Azure. The house was laid out very well and made it convenient for us to hang out together or separately as there are two large living rooms. We appreciated all of the space and the house was very clean. It is located conveniently to the airport and to many restaurants and shopping. Fortunately, it is in a quiet area without the hustle and bustle of traffic. Parking on the street was easy for both of our cars as well. Beach access is just a few minutes walk. Overall a great stay and the host was easily accessible for any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was perfect for a couple of families & the location was in walking distance to a small local beach & hood restaurants. The host was also extremely welcoming and very responsive during our stay. We highly recommend!!

Our trip started off with a nice arrival and easy checkin process.
The house is lovely and Lilibeth is very responsive, but there were a few minor things that the other guests pointed out;
The a few of glass showers leaked and sealing required, the upstairs bathroom (not en-suite) door is properly aligned and could be opened with a push and the guest felt like at anytime someone could walk in which caused a lil anxiety.
The soap dispensers didn't all have soap, some were water.
The TVs in two rooms did not turn on, but we were on vacay so it was all good.
The pool area was sick, absolutely beautiful but the trees overhead spilled leaves everyday and it felt like work everyday to keep the pool clean and leaf free.
On the best part, the house is fully stocked with beach gear, grill (needs to be degreased), cabana area perfect for late night hang outs around the pool.
Although the area should be sprayed or house guests should spray for mosquitoes we were all eaten up on the 3rd and 4th nights.
In the end, love the house, location, and decor.

Villa Azure was beautiful and perfect for our group of 10 adults. Everyone has comfortable sleeping accommodations and the number of bathrooms was great.
We really enjoyed the pool and that at the end of the street we had what felt like a private beach. Lillybeth was gracious and helpful whenever we had questions.
It is a short Uber away from all the neighborhoods we wanted to explore and an easy drive to the forest as well. Thank you!

Our stay at Lilybeth's house was exceptional! The house is lovely and the location is great! I stayed upstairs with my husband and 17 month old, 3 girls in one room and a friend in the other and it was soundproof! The rest of the party was downstairs and at night we could play music and hang out inside without worrying about waking up the kiddos. So great to have all the space in and out to spread out and enjoy.
We celebrated my 40th birthday and one night we had a chef come in to prepare a meal and it was delicious. Lilybeth was able to get me in contact with someone who helped schedule this so it was very hands-free and relaxing!
There are many restaurants in walking distance or if you have I've days, hours of delivery options. We walked to kasalta and bistro Cafe, both were delicious!
This place is a gem and we will definitely be back. We were all sad to leave!
Lilybeth was always available with any questions I had and answered the phone to help. That's for making this trip so wonderful!

First of all the location was really good. It was just steps away from the beach and a really quiet neighborhood.
The Villa was spacious and beautiful. Everyone felt comfortable.
Going through the house, it was obvious that whoever designed and furnished it really wanted to make people feel at home. It is a very classy but still livable space.
The pictures do not do it justice as shown online.
Our hosts remained accessible without being in anyway underfoot.
We really enjoyed the pool, the grill, and the well furnished kitchen.
The generator was automatic, kicking in within seconds of a power outage.
Overall, we had no complaints and enthusiastically endorse this property.
There’s no doubt that our return to Puerto Rico would depend greatly on Villa Azure being available.

The house is located in a great area. It has all the items you will need. The pool is a nice way to cool off after a day at the beach.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The views from the top floor are spectacular and the layout of the home fit our party of 14 needs perfectly! The location is perfect and safe neighborhood. Definitely would come back again!

The pictures don’t do the place justice- universal agreement among our group. The interior design is great and the house was well appointed.
At first, I underestimated the beach area. However, the beach is one used by the locals and not crowded. The beach is about 300 feet from the front door.
The host was extremely responsive!

This house met and excited our expectations. Great location, footsteps from the beach. Walking distance from delicious restaurants. Short drive from many attractions. The house was renovated recently and no details were overlooked. All rooms have their own bathroom. Awesome view of the beach from the second floor living room. Sometimes pictures aren’t accurate but this house is as luxurious with tasteful decor as seen in the photos. The heated pool was a nice treat in the evenings. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach days.
The host is amazing. Super responsive and accommodating to my group of 10. She made us feel like family and was available throughout our trip. If you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out!

This home is beautiful and freshly renovated! Everything is so nice and clean with beautiful decor. The hosts were as kind and helpful as can be!! They treated us like family! The extras in the house provided were above and beyond, including a grill by the pool, beach equipment, and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms for our large group of 12, with room for more! We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

This home was straight out of a design magazine! We did not feel like we were in a rental property. The rooms were all stylishly appointed and cozy. Each room felt like a hotel suite. The bathrooms were all sleek and well done. The master suite on second floor had stunning ocean views. It was really special to have been welcomed by the owners who had chilled Puerto Rican beers waiting for us upon check in! So welcoming on a very hot day! They also included nespresso machines on both floors with delicious local coffee pods. So many cozy spots outdoors….Loved the sweeping second floor Ocean view terraces - perfect for that afternoon cocktail and cigar! WOW!
The pool was beautiful and a good size with plenty of lounge chairs. BBQ and gazebo for outdoor meals. Lots of beach chairs and pool toys! FYI - The beach is literally steps away! Big treat!
Lillybeth recommended an incredible chef, David for our anniversary dinner that was mind blowing! The setting was very romantic and the menu was five star! We were also happy to use the tour company recommended as we wanted to visit the rainforest and an old san Juan tour. Not only was the house gorgeous, but they made our vacation memorable with a fantastic recommendations- Can’t wait to go back!

This was a little slice of heaven. Tucked away in a great neighborhood by the beach is this gem of a house. Luxuriously furnished and appointed, gorgeous views (the sunsets from the second floor terraces are stunning!), lovely pool with BBQ area and great sound system. All the amenities one could expect and then some like the Nespresso machines, and an electric bike to get around. All of this just steps from the beach. Hosts were great; attentive, responsive and accommodating. We had an incredible time. Would have stayed another week.....or longer, much longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to return.

This house is amazing!! Steps from the beach, kite surfers spot, with great ocean views from the house great neighborhood. Very spacious, extremely upscale decoration, all imaginable amenities. One full kitchen and one kitchenette upstairs, nespresso machines, stunning bathrooms, the house extremely curated in local art. Great pool and gazebo, with barbecue, 3 separate terraces to lounge. Outdoor speakers to enjoy the good time, great wifi as well. By far this property really surpassed our expectations we really didn’t want to leave. Btw, while there don’t miss breakfast at Bistro Cafe and Cuban place called kassalta, nearby and for dinner try out Boscaiola, great Dominican gourmet restaurant and ask for Ramon the owner. Don’t miss the piglet and the rabo de toro (oxtail).
