The large private courtyard has a wide variety of native flowers. This home is the ideal place for the guests who wish to experience both history and convenience. Amenities of this home includes a full kitchen, sunroom, a gas fireplace in the living room and dining room. Each suite has a queen bed. There’s a large courtyard and garden, a covered porch, and an unbeatable location in the famed Golden Blocks of Fredericksburg's downtown historic district.

The garden is home to many local varieties of plants, including a pergola with native cedar and a seating area. Close to Main Street . House was perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of room and the owner was very helpful and always answered when we needed something definitely going back

Needed a book of instructions on operating fire place etc. No can opener, big pot to boil potatoes, potatoe peeler. A cat meowed outside bedroom much if the time. Not handicap accessible. Otherwise clean with linens and dishes.
