Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require anything during your stay. The owner resides nearby and is available to assist promptly. Reach us via VRBO or by calling/texting the provided number anytime you need assistance. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
Our farm is home to a variety of creatures, both domesticated and wild. You'll likely see our cows and chickens, and might spot local wildlife. As with any rural setting, insects are part of the environment, particularly brown marmorated stink bugs in early fall. We encourage you to embrace the natural beauty of the farm and its inhabitants.
Please note that internet, electricity, and TV service may occasionally experience brief disruptions due to our rural location. For your safety, exercise caution around the creek, especially during or after heavy rain, as flooding is possible.
Important: The property has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests, and this must be reflected in your reservation. Exceeding your reserved guest count will result in additional fees. While there are no set quiet hours, we ask that guests remain mindful and respectful of our neighbors. Pet owners, please clean up after your pets and take special care with large dogs on the upstairs hardwood floors.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed - lots of space inside and great spots to hangout on the porch overlooking the pond. Would come back!

This was a wonderful house to stay at. We used both the hot tub and the fire pit. We had a wonderful dinner in Purcellville and a fun day shopping in nearby Middleburg.
