Summary: Located in the 900 Ocean condos, this bright, super clean one bedroom condo offers everything you need for a short or long stay in the center of Ocean City, NJ. Located steps to all of Ocean City's best things - beach, Boardwalk, Downtown Asbury Avenue and so much more! Situated on the third floor of an elevator building, the unit comes with its own large, private covered parking space. This condo is perfect for anyone with mobility issues or for families with small children as there are no steps to the elevator and only one small step into the unit. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR OUR LINEN POLICY The Space: The spacious primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with connected full bathroom and a large covered outdoor terrace offering views of Downtown Ocean City and the 9th Street Bridge. A large Smart TV, air conditioning, and plenty of drawers will help you settle in nicely. The living room features a table for four and plenty of seating to kick back and relax, with a large Smart TV, free internet, and air conditioning. The living room also connects directly to the bathroom and galley kitchen, making it a convenient space for all guests to enjoy. The unit also comes with a queen-size air mattress, board games, and two beach tags for use during your stay. The brand-new kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. The renovated bathroom has a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper. Guest Access: Access to your staycation home is super easy! You'll have a key to the secure elevator and a door code to easily enter your condo. Convenient lock box located outside of building makes getting in and out a breeze. The Neighborhood: The 900 Ocean condo building was freshly renovated in 2023, is well-maintained and sits just a short walk to the 9th Street beach (one block), Downtown Asbury Avenue, restaurants, amusements, and the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Getting Around: With its central Downtown location, guests can walk or bike to beach, Boardwalk, shops, restaurants, etc. Other Things to Note: Building unit has coin operated washer and dryer unit and comes with use of two beach tags during stay. Convenient location close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything that you need. We would definitely rent again.

I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this one was by far the worst equipped I've ever seen. The linen situation while inconvenient, was outlined in the description. However it extends to all linens. Don't expect to have any towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, or rags. In addition to that, there were absolutely no cooking utensils in the unit and all they had for cooking was 1) quart pot, and 1) 6" pan. Try cooking a decent meal with no utensils and tiny pans. The thing that really got me was that there were 4 tissues in the box with no extras, 1 roll of TP in the entire place, and 1 trash bag in the kitchen trash can with no extras in the unit. Just expect the unit to be ill equipped to handle a multiple day stay.

My wife and I took a mini-vacation to the shore and this place was perfect for us. Very close to the boardwalk and beach, but very quiet and private when we were inside. It had everything we needed, 2 AC units, full kitchen, TV with streaming channels, and wifi. The welcome sheet was missing, but when we contacted the owner he was prompt to get us all the info we needed. The dedicated parking spot was a nice plus.

We thought the location was great for Ocean City! The unit had a good sized balcony and nice outdoor chairs. Small kitchen, which we knew and didn’t mind, it had what we needed. The unit needs a good end of season cleaning and the carpet should be replaced. The bedroom was a nice size and bed was comfortable! The contact person was easy to get in touch with and it was also good to have reserved parking.

We’ve been coming to OC since our son was born. It has become our family tradition. You can’t beat the location. Very close to the beach/boardwalk. The bed fits 2 adults. We took the air mattress and our son slept right next to us. Very specious balcony. There is also an assigned parking space, making things so much easier.

NICE It is a very nice apartment, and location is exceptionally convenient Owners helped with extra key although normally they hand out just one SOLVED - owners brought electric tea kettle as oven was not working Sat-Tue; oven was replaced Tue - inflatable mattress, which deflated on my son 1st night, owners replaced next day NOT SOLVED - I found trash under bed and had to clean the microwave - I had that vacation w my son and teenage grandson. So I needed 3 separate beds. Before paying for reservation I specifically asked the owner wherethat 2nd bed he mentions in description ("about this rental" reads "2 beds - sleeps 5") was The response was: “The living room has a pull out Full size bed . We also supply a Full size blow up mattress” Upon arrival I did not find a pull out. When asked about it and shown the owner our vrbo messages exchange, he said: “I did not write it, somebody from my office did, and they should not have” Yes, I paid for a bed rent from local linen rentals on my own I RECOMMEND OWNERS - use better cleaning service - be more thorough with giving details about the property or take responsibility for mistakes when they happen

We enjoyed a long weekend in OCNJ ahead of the 4th of July holiday. Jody’s unit exceeded all our expectations. The location was phenomenal- a block walk to the beach, a few blocks from Asbury Ave and convenient to Somers Point and other local shore towns. The unit itself was updated and clean and just enough space for my husband and I!

We were very pleased with our stay. We didn’t need to use our car all weekend, because everything was within walking distance. There was a cute little welcome package for the kids and that made them feel super special. We couldn’t recommend this location more and will definitely be using it again in the future! Jody was also exceptional to work with and was very communicative and easy to get ahold of.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this condo on somewhat short notice for an impromptu weekend away with my goddaughter and a friend over MDW. It turns out the property recently changed ownership and we were the first guests under new management. Dealing with the owner was a breeze! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier and he quickly responsive on arrival and checkout. He was kind, asked for feedback on anything he could do to make the stay more comfortable since we were the first guests. The condo is small, but the one bedroom is large and the living room a comfortable size. The location is great for quick access to the beach and boards and downtown shopping. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again!
