Nestled in Les Houches, this charming condo for $139 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This charming and comfortable accommodation is perfect for a tourist stay. It is 40 square meters, has a balcony and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will love its quiet location, close to all amenities. We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Logement Located on the 1st floor without lift of an old renovated farmhouse located in the Bossons area, it includes : - a room with a double bed (160 cm) (duvet 220 cm); - a shower room with separate toilet and water heater - a fully equipped kitchen - a dining area ; - and a living room with a 140cm sofa bed to relax after a day of walking. You will particularly appreciate the small furnished balcony with a view of the Bossons glacier and Mont Blanc, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet. The following facilities will be at your disposal: Baby cot, Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, 2 Filter and Nespresso coffee machines, Microwave, Oven. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. The little extras : - Wifi and television (in operation from June) ; - Ski locker ; - 2 parking spaces (outside parking, on the right as you leave the building, just after the Hôtel de l'Aiguille du Midi if you are coming from Chamonix); - Collective garden; - Collective barbecue; - Induction cooker; - Electric heating (to be turned off after rental); - Storage space. One of the assets of the flat is its location. It is located ; - 10 to 15 minutes walk from the lake and the Gaillands climbing site. - 5 to 10 minutes drive from Chamonix town centre and Les Houches ski area. The Bossons train station and bus stop are right next door and thanks to the guest cards given to you on arrival, transport will be free and will take you right into the town centre and to the foot of the ski lifts, notably the Aiguille du Midi cable car from where you can go to the Vallée Blanche or walk on the glacier! For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included. You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus). A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. Welcome and have a nice stay! ## Emplacement Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year. ## Transports - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station: 7 minutes by car. - Annecy Mont-Blanc Airport : 1 h 03 minutes by car.
