About this apartment rental
A 2 bedroom, (double bed or separate) property is located right next to the golf-course. With views of the garden and the golf course and next to one of 16 Swimming pools.
Lovely large terrace with 4 sunbeds.
TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
Underground parking, elevator.
Electrical equipment (dishwasher, percolator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, straightener, iron and ironing board, fridge and freezer, blender, microwave).
Air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in both bedrooms

Bed linen and bathroom towels included
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
In the summer, There is market in the town centre of the resort every weekend.
Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

Firstly, let me say that this is a lovely property that is finished to a very good standard and has everything you would need from a self catering apartment. We have stayed on La Torre a number of times and this apartment is one of the best. Its location is actually much better than is depicted on the Vrbo website (the GPS plotting puts if further away from the complex centre) it is actually located much closer to the Hilton Hotel and take 4 mins to walk to the square. This made it hard to locate the property when we arrived as the check-in instruction from Murcia Rentals are very basic and lack detail. The location is beautiful and backs onto the 4th hole of La Torre and is 20 paces from one of the lovely communal pools - which is usually quite quiet and relaxed. In the apartment there is everything you need from pool toys, games, cleaning items, a Nespresso coffee machine and basic condiments. Again, it would help if this was better detailed on the website as I think people would be impressed by what's available and also pack accordingly. We assumed the owners of the apartment are French and the welcome book is in the language. Fortunately, having lived there, we understood enough but other English visitors may struggle. In summary, this is well worth a visit if you are looking for somewhere on La Torre. I think it could be slightly more competitive price wise, but we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

A lovely apartment, bright and comfortable with all you need. We have stayed here first for four weeks and than in six weeks and were very comfortable. The apartment has all the equipment you need to cook your food. And is closed to the golf course and the center with restaurants and other service.
The entrance in the building needs to be painted and the tiles there looks old and damaged.

The apartment is very nice and bright. You find everything you need to make yourself food in the kitchen. If you like to watch golf it is just in front of the windows. The bed and the bedspread are very good. Everything is as you can see on the pictures.
The entrance and the common property need to be painted and the floor in the entrance to be cleaned properly.
