Had a great stay the place is hard to find but once in the gate you are in a different place.i can't say enough about the staff so friendly just great people.we are looking forward to visiting again and plan to stay here again

1. Phoenix Pyramids View hotel, to identify in google maps as well by drivers is difficult; so look for Pyramids Sunlight Hotel. So, Taxi, Uber drivers can identify. Because this location is vary narrow streets, location is kind of ok. Very busy area. But ok.
2. If you can bear the location, best place to stay to see Pyramids, access to shopping for buying gifts.
3. Come to know there is three small hotels in the same complex with different names a bit confusing.
4. Mgr. Hnay Fayed is good man. Owner of complex is good man.
5. Lack of communications with their phone access by whatsapp is a bit hard. Clarify first.
6. Otherwise we safely enjoyed the 5 days stay in Feb. Rooms are ok condition. Good hot water, Good Wifi, they give passwod.
7. Breakfast kind of ok, starts around a bit late 8.30am. included.
8. From roof top can enjoy Pyramids about a KM away. 9. Evening light show also partially visible.
10. If you don't have too much expectations....good. Budget hotel.
