very friendly staff, reception is serviced between 8:a00 to 6:00pm only.
too many steps to reach the suite. could not turn off the fancy light dimmer switch completely.

The private plunge pool was so great. I wanted to lay outside in peace and read and was able to do that. The location was great because it was quiet but a short walk uphill and you had a bunch of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great and the staff was all lovely and so helpful. They set up transport to and from the airport for me and the driver was so sweet. Its a 15 minute drive from the airport. They made my stay in Santorini that much better.
My only issue was that there was no elevator. I was only up 1 flight of stairs but carrying luggage up the stairs is not ideal.

Excellent location - very helpful staff in reception and housekeeping!
Rooms can be small but the outside space makes up for it - breakfast could do with a warming tray to help keep hot food warm.

Location was good. The honeymoon suite to which I was free upgraded to was at a lower level, so less steps to climb.
Pool was dirty. There was no water pressure. The first junior suite i had booked had no water at all sometimes and the TV didn’t work. I was then offered a free upgrade to honeymoon suite, which made things much better. The TV Worked and there was pressure in the water pipes. The drain was not very good as water retained. Many steps to climb, so a bit exhausting. Also the staff during checkin didn’t even offer to carry my suitcase and directly said he wont be doing so. So i would suggest not to carry heavy suitcases.
