We stayed at Nicolas Grand Suite, where we were welcomed by Paris, an exceptional person. At Nicolas, Paris greeted us with a welcome drink and explained all the amenities of the property. He also gave us a map with directions and recommendations for places, beaches, and restaurants to visit, all of which were excellent. The property was even more beautiful than we expected. The rooms are extremely spacious, everything is well maintained, perfectly tidy, and spotlessly clean. The minibar was restocked daily: whenever we used water or soft drinks, they were replaced, all complimentary and offered by the property. Breakfast deserves a 10 out of 10. It was very varied, with something new every day, and the quality of the food was outstanding. A special mention also goes to the gentleman who manages the bar, Miltos. He makes delicious cocktails and is a truly kind-hearted person. We found a team of true professionals, always smiling and ready to help with anything, making sure we could enjoy a truly wonderful holiday.

Everything was good - the hotel, food, complementary wine, but the service and staff were excellent!!! Great recommendations and service!

I had some things that I would change, but the service is extremely good and overcome any minor details!
