Convenient, clean, very good caretaker.
Concern regarding hot water for shower. The two outside bathrooms didn’t seem to have hot water Only the main bathroom. Hard when you have 10 people wanting to shower and 7 of them women.

Big house, well equipped kitchen, local host who was very good looking after you. Large bedroom sizes, large TV room and the location was ideal for trips to the Hundred Islands
Neighbouring dogs, around 3-4 barking constantly from 5am to 10pm. Extremely intrusive noise as the dogs were in very close proximity to the bedroom so it was impossible to sleep. The host told us about the dogs but was not able to offer any solution. We had to accept we would be woken at 5am every morning. Totally unacceptable. Bathroom was out of order, so we had to share a very small bathroom.
