Excellent location for walking all over town

We can came to San Miguel to celebrate a friends birthday and to partake in the celebration of Dia de Muetros- the location was perfect- we mostly walked everywhere!
The staff was extremely friendly- especially Miguel and Juan!
We had one evening where we came back late and the big doors were locked and we had to bang on the doors until someone finally heard us and let us in. But the next day we were given a number to call if it happened again- which it did not.

Loved the layout and the staff here. The location was excellent, directly adjacent to awesome boutique shopping and very easy to find. There is beautiful art here and the beds are soft and lovely. We also at at the rooftop restaurant and had an incredible time, visiting with the bartenders and Greg the owner. Get the salads!

Great location and well done.
Had an issue with a constant smell around the sink in 2 rooms. The room was spotless but there was an old egg like odor by the sink. Manager was at first cooperative but then became extremely rude at the end. Insisted no one else had voiced a concern. He was upset we had a friend fluent in Spanish speak in our behalf to relay the issue. Rest of staff was incredible but he definitely left a bad impression on what would have been a great stay. Based on this, we decided against buying out the onsite restaurant for an upcoming event we are hosting.
