The apartment is in a great location for exploring Oviedo. The furnishings and kitchen appliances felt very new and the apartment was clean and bright with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night as the apartment is at the back of the building.
Communication with Sonia was excellent. She sent very detailed instructions on how to access the villa and the parking area. She also contacted us during our holiday to advise about a local road closure and provided details of an alternative route. We really appreciated this and I don't think that many hosts would go to so much trouble.
I would definitely recommend the apartment if you are looking to stay in Oviedo which is a beautiful authentic town. We absolutely loved it.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The owner thought of little details that you might not find other places (small toys and games for kids, condiments in the kitchen, and a thorough welcome guide with recommendations.) Sonia was a very responsive and helpful host, and the check-in process was easy. Her instructions for finding and accessing the apartment and parking were detailed. Finally, the location could not be better! I could not imagine a better base for exploring the city and the region.
Although we very much appreciated the free parking, I would only warn my fellow Americans that the parking space/garage is very tight :)
