The apt is located only 15 min walk from Old Town. And also 15 minutes walk away (or less) from Firule and Bacvice beach.
It’s a small incline to the flat but on the way you have Tommy supermarket and a Konzum to the right. And a little further you have a studentnac and if you go a bit further a DM and a bigger Tommy! Also, about 1 min away there is a cafe called Jo & Sisters, great cafe and toasties!
The apt itself is super spacious! The separate living room & kitchen are great sizes. There is only one shower but two toilets. There is plenty of storage throughout the flat and great that you can cook also.
We visited the latter end of Summer and it was HOT. The flat has AC which was a lifesaver!
Mislav our host was super helpful and proactive. He gave amazing recommendations - we went and booked one with him for a boat day trip to a few islands and it was one of the best memories I’ve made! If you need any recommendations, he’s always ready to send something for everyone. Moreover, we booked our taxi to the airport through him and it was hassle free — highly recommend that also!
Instructions were always clear with Semper Cons / Mislav / Ivana / Daku. Highly recommend and (if I could) I would choose to stay with them, every time I visit Split!

Siisteys, paljon tilaa, hyvät sängyt, erillinen olohuone, kaksi WC:tä, hyvä keittiö ja välineet laittaa ruokaa, sijainti kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista, ruokakauppoja lähellä.
Huono äänieristys, äänet kuuluvat yläkerrasta hyvin ja kaikuvat porraskäytävästä, myös liikenteen äänet kuuluvat.
