The parking in front of accommodation, security of tbe place and remote controlled gate and the continued water supply and electricity as well as serviceable kitchen appliances. More kitchen utensils such as a tray, jug are welcome. The building looks great in general and if regular maintenance can be done, it can last for a long time and be cheaper to sustain. The area around the buildings is clean and the distance to the mall is a great benefit.
Switching the fridge and geyser early before clients check- in will make theid stay welcome and easy as clients will be able to freshen up immediately from their long trip and store their drinks and perishable food. Un-availability of WIfi during 90% of the time deprives clients of connectivity to their gadgets, the availability of only SABC channels on DSTV makes their stay unwelcome, too long and dull. Absence of housekeeping, no air conditioning, fan nor heater and only 2 towels were supplied upon request during the 1st day and clients had to re-use the same towels for the entire duration. It doesn't look like that final touch ups were done to the room before check in. The bedroom door doesn't close, the shower door doesn't seal properly thus water from the shower spills over to the living room floor. The signage needs to be be greatly improved as the facility is not available on Google and difficult to see at night as the area is dark and there are no street lights to see the writing on the wall. The writings are however visible during the day. Lastly, we didn't know who to leave the keys with on check out and instead we had to resort to a person from another room to hand over the keys and that is a huge risk in case something wrong happens and no responsibility is accepted for the keys or how the building was left by the previous person. The phones of the host were not responded to during check out however the host called at her earliest convenience after receiving the voice note and the issue of the keys was amicably explained to her.
