I actually can’t comment on this property as there was an issue with the power and the morning of arrival our host offered us another property just outside the Old Town. This property was really clean and comfortable and a good size. The bed was comfortable and private basement car park was so handy as parking is really difficult.
Nothing I didn’t like but it was a good 10min walk to the old town which may not suit some people

Really close to the old town, 150 metres to the start of the old town, nice, modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment. Really glad we chose this place to stay. We had our own parking bay 30 metres from the apartment, really good. The owner is a friendly lady that gives you all the details before you arrive. Had to pay in cash.
The only fault is the shower is hung half way up the wall so you have to hold it, but with everything else being perfect this did not bother us, just a bad design

Lots of positives already mentioned in others reviews. Location could not be better, free parking, good WiFi and TV. It's also very quiet even though it's so close to everything. It is beautifully decorated and has a large number of small attention to detail touches. Good quality crockery. Host applied a small discount after I had issues with water restrictions imposed by the town, a very nice touch.
A few maintenance issues, from kettle not working properly, to loose things coming off the walls, light not working, etc. I am sure the host will have addressed all of these though. My main issue was the poor shower pressure. It's a stunning bathroom and shower but the water pressure made it difficult to shower. Communication was erratic. Host responded politely and helpfully but sometimes I had to wait hours, even a day for the response; other times it was immediate.
