The views of the sea
No actual property manager on site. Had to deal with this rude guy who grunted and could barely speak a word of intelligible English or any other language.
Lack of manager meant the family that did the work used the place like their own. My studio was unfortunately next to their small house and there was constant noise and after being woken up on day 4 at 8am by their noise.
The invisible owner who used the messaging dealt with things in absentia but the Thais became ruder and more unpleasant with any feedback or requests.
They never helped us with anything such as taxis and other requests.
The physical location means you have to walk a gradient of 1 in 3 so beware of you have big bags.
When I mentioned the noise, the manager said “ it was 9.50 and they were having a meeting” so it was ok for noise at that time. So I suppose do not expect to have lie ins after 9 or 9.30!!
Also absolutely no food available.
My personal studio bin was not emptied for three days and even that was shot down by the remote manager who finally showed up the morning of check out. Useful!
The sliding doors had old bad locks which did not close properly.
