Location - ideally situated for Rutland Waters.
Property not suitable for taking your own bicycles.
Only having separate single sofa beds to sit on to watch tv, which weren't comfy for extended periods.

Excellent position for walking into Oakham.
Parking right outside.
Apartment was perfectly clean and quite modern.
The heating in the bedroom don’t work.
The hot water hadnt been left on so I couldn’t have a shower Christmas morning, when I did turn it on it made everywhere smell of fish.
