Easy access and security
Room way TOO small. No wardrobe to hany clothes properly. This can be improved. Toilet and shower...cramped space but I understand. Maximizing the space.

Your security was very friendly and helped me with my bags. I arrived late and was very tired so the quick and friendy check in was appreciated. I am very satisfied with the stay. I also felt safe
That there were no teaspoons in the room, but the reception gave me one from the kitchen which i appreciated.

Bed was comfortable. The room was clean
No lift. Price for what it was. Better value for money elsewhere
