Convenient location, the furniture was almost new, nice and well equiped kitchen. Not having to leave clean when leaving, a great plus.
Some of the plates and french press were dirty

Modern clean stylish large, outside seating
Upper floor gets quite hot in the summer, occasional smell of gas at night from garden area. Make sure door to maintenance room on the lower floor next to the flat remains shut

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in good location, on a quiet street and is very convenient for the tube. Based on the facilities alone I would have rated this property very highly.
There was a lot of noise from a neighbouring apartment, which kept us awake until the early hours. The sound comes through the walls and windows. The windows at the back of the apartments open onto a very small courtyard area so noise echoes around the back making it sound even worse.
We chose to stay there to get a good night’s sleep instead of having to get up early to travel but probably would have had more sleep if we had slept at home.
Curtains are needed in the living area to provide privacy in the evening when lights are on. Longer curtains that reach the floor are needed in the bedroom to keep light out.
