Lovely place and lots of room.
Towels could have been bigger and better. Handrail needed for getting in and out of shower. Provided tea but no sugar? More style over substance

Superb location, bonus having a parking space in the garage - tight for a big car...!
Modern feel and lovely being all open plan especially having the sliding doors onto the decking and sea view.

The location was good, nice walk through the centre, to the beach and promenade. Use of the garage was a benefit as there was limited off road parking, I was able to get my large car in the garage. We enjoyed the private garden, with seating and a lovely view of the sea. The large windows in the lounge area has allowed the view of the sea. Beds were comfortable. the accommodation was a good size.
There was a strong smell of damp in the main bedroom and ensuite which wasn't very pleasant. Yellow damp patches on the wall of bedroom and the plaster was crumbling in the ensuite and the tiles around the shower appeared to need replacing. The kitchen cupboards were bubbling, only 2 wine glasses, along with some plastic wine glasses but they were cracked. There were some flute glasses. There was a very large lamp in the lounge, which would have looked nice, however the paper lampshade was torn. only two ceiling lights in the lounge area with one bulb not working, so there was limited lighting in the evening, even though we used the table lamps.
