Good location. Parking space was useful. Good apartment size for France. Washing / drying machine is a plus.
Only one small roll of toilet paper was provided. I messaged the owner to ask if there was more somewhere in the apartment, but he replied with a generic copy-and-paste message saying that guests are expected to bring their own consumables.
We were two adults staying for three nights. I understand that hosts are not expected to provide unlimited supplies for the entire stay, but there should be a reasonable minimum. Is it really worth cutting corners on something so inexpensive that can make a guest’s stay much more comfortable, especially after a long day of traveling?
I also saw a few bugs running around, although that may be fairly common in older apartments.

Good instructions on how to access the parking (on-site and secure) and the apartment. The location was great and the view across to the park was lovely. Easy walk into the heart of Aix. We had lots of heavy bags to get up from the car so carrying them up to the top floor was hard-going but once we were in, it was great. If mobility, climbing stairs and carrying heavy bags is an issue for you, this is not the apartment for you.

Location and view from terrace.
The bed was small and uncomfortable and base was noisy with the smallest movement. Disappointing as plenty of space for a bigger bed. Having a terrace was good but all the plant pots contained dead plants.
