-I caloriferi che erano stufe a corrente erano "out of order", come da biglietto.

I liked the location, it was super great, close to public transport and just right in the shopping district. I had a pleasant 1 night stay and I like how responsive the owner was.
That is the point, unfortunately as much as I enjoyed the location and the kindness of the owner, the bedsheet was smelly and I'm sure it wasn't washed neither changed before my arrival. Saw some spots on the sheet, don't even want to think where it was coming from. It is a shame because this shouldn't happened at all. Also the shower windom hat spots and the toilet wasn't clean as well.
