Beautiful hotel great staff

Easy to find , parking for car the cleanest car park ever seen …. Good location approx 10mins from main harbour etc Bath robes are extremely small

The facilities met our expectations

€18 charge per day for car park was excessive and should be discounted for longer stays and also an option for non-valet parking

The rooms were comfortable. One of the rooms had a large patio. The showers were great and we liked the 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour.

It just was too expensive for what it was. The patio area was claustrophobic and sad. The pool did not have enough seats and was tiny and no one stopped people saving beds from early morning. ( One morning I came down at 9.15 and all but 3 loungers were saved). There was no free water in the rooms. Odd. The breakfast started running out after 10 even though it finished at 11. Items like orange juice and pastel da nata and scrambled eggs were not replaced. Alot of the hotel was underground or inside..
