The location was good quite central to the places we wanted to visit such as Brixham and Torquay and Dartmoor. It was a small quiet residential area just outside of Totnes .. we enjoyed visiting Totnes on the market day. The home had everything we needed and was clean and tidy and well equipped.
The house is a new build so it was very noisy with thin walls and creaky flooring especially the stairs .every movement at night created a lot of noise and we could hear the nieghbours through the walls. There needed to be hand towels in the bathrooms and the dishwasher could probably be replaced with a washer dryer as we felt this would have come in more useful. The keysafe was awkward to access and would be better fixed to the wall. The garden looked nicer on the pictures than it actually was.

The cottage is beautiful. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. Parking is available both on the drive and in the close. The location was very peaceful with a very pretty church and walks nearby.

Very clean. Immaculate. Kitchen and bathroom lovely
No soundproofing between rooms or between the houses really. There are blinds but they donโt block out the light so woken at dawn- 5.30- by light. Switch for blackout blinds, would be transformative
Beds are not suitable for tall man - 6 ft 2 - cannot lie down. We couldnโt return for these reasons.
