Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben uns gut erholt

Es war alles sauber und die Betten waren super bequem. Terrasse war sehr schön und Kontakt sehr angenehm mit allen. Sehr nah zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Schöner Ort, Schlechte (dreckige) Wohnung

Die Buchung und der Kontakt per Mail und Telefon mit der Vermittlung war sehr nett und hilfreich. Bei der Anreise gab es kurze Orientierungsschwierigkeiten, da auf den Häusern keine Hausnummer zu finden sind. Ein Anruf bei der Vermittlung und uns wurde schnell der Weg zum Schlüssel und der Wohnung gewiesen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut geschnitten, das Bett bei der Ankunft, nett gestaltet…Danke 😊 Das war`s dann aber auch mit der Herrlichkeit.

Bei dem ersten Badbesuch, fällt der Blick automatisch auf die abgeranzte Heizung. Danach der obligatorische Blick in die Dusche (wir kamen mit der, in anderen Bewertungen angegebenen, Temperatur klar). Duschekabine selber ist ok, aber an der Decke hängt die Tapete und es befinden sich kleine Schimmelflecken ☹ Bei der Suche nach einer Steckdose im Schlafzimmer, stießen wir dann auf eine SCHIMMELECKE, direkt am Kopfende, vom Doppelbett ☹ Das fixt mich dann an und ich sehe auch mal auf einen Schrank bzw hinter das Sofa…staubig, dreckig, Popcorn und Essensreste ☹ Auf einer Seite vom Bett, sind drei Bretter vom Lattenrost rausgebrochen ☹ Im Besteckkorb lag benutztes Besteck!! ☹ In einigen Ecken Spinnweben, inc. „Zitterspinnen“. Auf jedem Schrank war eine Staubschicht. Ein Blick in den Backofen…Grillrost, unter aller Sau ☹ Die Dunstabzugshaube…versifft ☹ Der Toaster vollgekrümelt vom Vormieter. Aufgrund des Regenwetters, hätte ich gerne mal den Boden gewischt…nur ein Besen, vom Wischer nur der Bezug. Beim TV ist HDMI defekt…für einen geplanten Regentag, fällt der mitgebrachte FireTv Stick (Netflix und Co) also aus ☹ Das Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt. Die ganze Wohnung bräuchte mal einen Maler. Die angegebene Waschmaschine, vermute ich in einem anderen Anbau, ca. 50 Meter weiter…bin mir aber nicht sicher, da sie schon in Benutzung waren. Das WLan ist schwach bzw fällt oft aus, aber das war unser kleinstes Problem. Die Vermittlung wurde am zweiten Tag über alles informiert…“Ich leite es weiter“ war die Antwort.

Die Lage ist optimal. Schnell zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inclusive Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Zimmer für die Kinder bestanden nur aus einem Bett. Im Schlafzimmer ist Schimmel neben dem Bett und die Türzarge zum Bad ist immer noch defekt (wurde im September schon bemängelt). Viele Mängel beim genauer hinschauen.
