Easy access to the house. Perfect location. 15 min walk to town and shops and 30 min to the lake.
Quiet location.
House - very airy and was more the enough for 5 of us .
House clean and cosy.
Beds comfortable and linen and towels provided.
Good heating system on the rainy day and log burner was cherry on the cake (bring your own logs or you can get on the corner shop) .
Kitchen very well equipped. Good size fridge freezer.
Conservatory was bonus too with very comfortable seating 😊
Park for kids to play around the corner too.Kids loved it.
I would definitely go back .
Nothing to report . But keep in mind. My husband was over 6 foot tall, so he was keep hitting ceiling lights 🤭

Absolutely stunning home. Smelt beautiful when we walked in. Immaculate and so cosy, modern and well looked after. We didn’t want to come home. Will definitely be back

The house was very clean and extremely well equipped, you do not want for anything at all. Bedrooms very well sized and beds very comfortable. The shower is superb. Ideally located for both Windemere and Bowness, neighbours all nice and friendly, lovely road, with a shop situated less than 5 mins walk away which has all essentials and more.
I had to pick up 5 lots of dog poo from the back garden on arrival, I'm guessing this is down to the previous holidaymakers not clearing up after themselves and the owners just missing it this time.

Great house…very clean…nice spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything we needed.
Only one bathroom between x5 people but not a major issue.
