We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Chris’s property in Kaprun as a family of six (2 adults and 4 children).
The house is spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and offers complete privacy with beautiful views. It is fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the bidet spray (shattaf) in the downstairs bathroom, which was a thoughtful addition for us.
The location is excellent, with all the main attractions in and around Kaprun just a short walk or drive away.
Although Chris was unfortunately away during our stay, he remained in constant contact with us. He regularly checked that everything was going well, responded quickly to every WhatsApp message, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness and hospitality truly stood out.
One gesture we particularly appreciated was allowing us to stay for a few extra hours on our last day, giving us more flexibility and a much more relaxed departure before heading to our next destination. It made a real difference to our family.
Chris also provides a welcome guide in Arabic for Arab guests, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.
We had an amazing stay, and thanks to Chris’s outstanding hospitality, this property will definitely be our first choice whenever we visit Kaprun again. Highly recommended!
