Very cozy and comfy. Approximately 25 minutes by walk to the city centre and very quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and ultimately helfpful staff. Will definitely visit again!

Paul is the perfect host who goes out of his way to make sure your stay is both pleasant and comfortable. He will also let you know of any local attraction's that may be of a particular interest to you during your stay at the Waterworks Townhouse With kitchen.

Nothing everything was perfect, location, local bus service, local shops, easy walking distance to the city centre. And if you like walking it is the best way to take in all the attraction's on both side's of the waterfront.

The host was super friendly. He had a well stocked kitchen that was available at any time. We could really take whatever we needed in order to make a meal. The room was clean, entrance was easy and the host answered his phone quickly when called. The TV had netflix, you just needed to log on to your own account. We were even allowed to use the washing machine in the communal kitchen to wash our clothes.

I was not a fan of the car parking in the street. It did seem safe however. I think that me coming from South Africa is what led my fears. If you park a car in the street there, it will probably be stolen. The other thing was the shared bathroom. Sharing a bathroom is OK, although we prefer on-suite. We were sharing with 3 other units. The bathroom was however clean.

Landlord was very friendly and the place was clean & tidy. Free basic breakfast options, toast, cereal etc. to make yourself. My room was a single bed in an attic conversion with a TV & shared bathroom - all I needed! Safe and would visit again!

The area is near to some quite rough looking areas but it is in the middle of a nice street.

The toiletries were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the informal breakfast option which suited us very well.

The host was kind when we got a trouble with google to find the place. He helped us immediately and answered our phone call. Everything was so clear and the kitchen and the room were nice.

The house has thin walls and everything (included the breath and noises of the others in the bathroom and the other room) can be heard. In the other room, girls went out for party at night and made loud noises when they arrived. Of course they can have fun, but the house is very old and with two different guest group, it is not comfortable to hear everything you don't want to hear. However when I book a room, it can be helpful for the guests to inform about the fact, that the host live with them. I rented some places with booking and airbnb so I was not shocked about the situation, but it is fair for the guests to inform them, that they will be not alone, and uses the same rooms. You cannot separate yourself for the residents and the other guests, we were stucked together with hearing everything. This is really only a tiny room. This house was nice and good for one night to reach our plane, but to stay a longer time I think is not fit perfect.

Fab location so clean and close to the city, lots of cats on the street to make friends with!!!

If I was to say one thing, bring a hairdryer as the one provided is only a small travel one and not very powerful. Everything else was perfect

We had a cosy room in very comfort home. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area was perfect. Paul, the host, was so friendly and helpful and provided a range of goodies for us to cook ourselves a great breakfast. Handy to buses, pubs, shops and takeaways.

It was as described but better for the price. Host was warm & welcoming. I'd mentioned being a hot sleeper at booking & Paul had the window open, blankets in the room aswell as quilt & remembered this when I met him & gave me extra sheets. Very thoughtful. Breakfast cereal, bread, bottles of water, nice toiletries etc.= All complimentary

The location and house

Really appreciated the landlord filling the fridge with milk, butter etc, and offering cornflakes, bread, cereal, eggs. Several thoughtful touches throughout, including bottled water. Good value for money, safe, comfortable and close to bus links into the city centre.

The host did not serve breakfast but there were various pastries available and cereal as well as easy cook meals and condiments and water bottles. My friend was dairy free and he ran out to the store to get her some oat milk. He also had toiletries for use in the bathroom! Our first night we asked if he had extra blankets and he ran out to the store to buy some for us and the other rooms too! Super friendly host but also stayed out of our way. The common space was almost always empty and very clean. Our room had a tv with netfix and we had a lovely quiet night in!

The shower door was slightly broken but a very minor inconvenience.

Very clean house, the room was lovely, very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen was shared but very clean, we had no problems. The parking is in the street outside, but seems very safe.

Excellent, no complicated check-in arrangements. Good location near Antrim Road with good bus service into town. Lots of stuff available in the house kitchen and bathroom.

I had an attic room with a velux window, couldn't see much without standing up. Mattress wasn't great but fine for a short stay.

Great night’s sleep and Paul went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Paul is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Incredible supply of breakfast provisions. The home is in a safe area. Just a 15 min bus ride to the city. Numerous buses around the corner. I walked to the city centre in 25 mins. Belfast Castle just 5 min bus ride down the road. Tesco supermarket 6 min walk away. The property is clean, tidy and safe. Bed very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Great stay, thanks Paul.

The owner was super friendly and offered allot of suggestions on pubs and attractions to visit! Having a kitchen to use was awesome and really cut down on food costs!

Everything was so beautiful that I did not even expect. If I need to rent again, I will go to this place again. The owner of this establishment is very attentive and always ready to help. All the necessary things are there. Everything is as convenient as possible in this house, the instructions are clearly given where what is. Everything was in the house, from utensils to food. Near the house there are beautiful places where you can go for a walk. Beautiful parks, lakes, shops. I am delighted with the place.
