Gute Lage, saubere, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Klimaanlage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Strand fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Ruhige Nachbarschaft für die zentrale Lage in der Großstadt, die Fenster und der kleine Balkon der Wohnung gehen auf die ruhige, grüne Rückseite des Gebäudes.
Etwas zu kleiner Esstisch für vier Personen. Schlafsofa für unsere Kinder in Ordnung, für Erwachsene vermutlich unbequem.

Location
Steep stairs to apartment. Dusty, cluttered, not very clean, disorganised kitchen, dirty kitchen sink, dirty dish cloths found in 2 parts of kitchen and had to disinfect and clean them, under sink cupboard in a terrible messy state, 1/2 a toilet roll in bathroom and eventually found more in the kitchen, no shower gel, soap holder and tooth brush holder in bathroom dirty and needed to be cleaned. Lots of hair and dust on floors. Very dark apartment. needs a big clean and some love.
