La ubicación y el entorno muy tranquilo. En general el piso estaba bastante bien
Había varios aspectos de la casa descuidados y la limpieza algo deficiente, además destacaría que el colchon de la habitacion mas pequeña se sentía viejo e incómodo. La ducha estaba atascada y la bañera incomoda porque se salia toda el agua al no tener ni siquiera cortina.

Soggiorno molto piacevole!
Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben organizzato, perfetto anche per gruppi. Un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato molto è che la casa era molto calda e accogliente, ideale soprattutto nei mesi più freddi dato che ci siamo andati a dicembre.
La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, e l’alloggio rispecchia pienamente le foto addirittura meglio.
La proprietaria molto accogliente e sempre disponibile!

Nice size gated apartment in Molfetta. This has a big dining room/living room. Very nice kitchen. AC in kitchen, living room and one bedroom. One bathroom is very large with a tub and hand sprayer. The other bathroom is smaller and has the washer.
The electricity would constantly go off. We tried to use the oven and one AC unit on and it would trip the breaker. Tried to wash clothes with AC and it tripped the breaker. Something is definitely wrong with the wiring. The second bathroom is very tight and doesn’t have a sink bc washer is in there.
The AC condensation is not hooked up to a drain so you constantly have to empty big bottles of water or they will overflow and the building super will be on you.
No ac in second and third bedrooms. No microwave. Oven not usable because tripped breaker.
