The location is great, just steps from one of the most important streets and the tram. All stores closeby, groceries, cafés, bakeries, restaurants. Very convenient.
The place is comfortable but we did not like all the decorations. We traveled with lots of luggage as we were on a 3 months trip and almost lost stuff there was something standing and laying around everywhere. The kitchen was not really that clean, behind the coffee machine for example and in the corners of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. The pickup of the key was not convenient. I had to make a long distance call to finally get instructions from the host who was not very responsive, did not answer my messages until 2 hours before arrival. And I had read that somebody never got their keys, so got a little nervous. Then you have to walk to the corner and pick up the key in a keybox on the street which was a little strange. But nothing that made our stay not nice. Just some observations.

Very nice first floor apartment (access by elevator or short curving staircase). Lots of room, clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lots of nice personal touches. The hostess is a great communicator and is wonderful to deal with. Location is a short walk from the Saturday open air markets and about 30 minute walk to the beach.
