Apartment was well equipped, clean and overall comfortable. We loved the fact that there were extra bits and pieces like coffee and candies provided.
Host insisted for the tenant (my friend) to personally call from abroad for useless small talk in order to be able to self-check-in, although the booking, payment and the responsibility were on my name as I was organizing everything. Alternatively, the tenant needs to collect the key personally at the other end of town, which is inconsiderate and inconvenient, especially if you're coming from the airport with luggage. Didn't have this issue anywhere else.
Building and yard were neglected, which is common in Sibiu, but I feel like businesses could take more responsibility for the surroundings. Being a guesthouse owner myself, honestly, I'd be ashamed to welcome my guests in that kind of environment.
There is not much daylight in the apartment, not even in the middle of summer.
Wouldn't book again.

Gazda ne-a intampinat cu multa caldura (in alta locatie, asa cum e scris in indicatii) si ne-a dat multe informatii utile.

I liked that the rooms was big and they had AC .. we found a parking place front of the house so was good, the old city was at just 8-10 min walking which was good .
The entrance and the building is looking very bad , inside the house was smelling like mould.
