Super clean, cute details around the house
This property seems like in the bad neighborhood, and it does have walking distance from the apartment but I don’t think its safe for women alone.
They have parking in the back so its good if you have a car

Beautiful property & design, clean, spacious, comfortable. Had everything me and my family needed. Very thoughtful welcome gift.

The apartment looks just like the photos—full of character and beautifully decorated. It’s extremely comfortable, featuring awesome showers and super comfy beds! The location is ideal: close to both downtown and Old San Juan, making getting around seamless. We also loved having so many fantastic local restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
While the street itself is quite narrow and lacks curb appeal, it was very quiet and felt safe throughout our stay. Inside, space for personal belongings is somewhat limited—there are no dressers or drawers in the bedroom to unpack clothes, and the bathroom has minimal counter and storage space. As someone who prefers to fully unpack, I had to get creative. Adding a small chest of drawers in the bedroom and a compact table or shelf unit in the bathroom would make a huge difference for future guests!

aesthetic was nice, kitchen was well equipped. Appliances worked well and outdoor shower/bath was great. General space was clean.
There was nowhere to store clothing/unpack. Just a single bar for hanging a few items. The worst part was the leaking AC and moldy basket in the bedroom.
