The apartment itself is very good and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, which we used several times. A real lifesaver, as the food quality and service at the local restaurants in La Mata were very poor. Having access to the beach umbrella and chairs provided in the apartment was also a fantastic bonus!
The complex features a beautiful garden and a lovely pool area, though the pool was often quite crowded. Location is very convenient just a 10-minute walk from the beach.
As for the building itself, the complex feels a bit like faded glory. It is definitely showing its age, but it has great potential if given proper maintenance and updates.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay inside the apartment, even if the surrounding complex and local dining scene left a bit to be desired.
La Mata itself. Soulless, touristic and not charming at all. I believe it applies to all costal places in the areas ( Costa Blanca). Wherever we went there were thousands of other people. After changing the mind set we had nice vacation but not planning to come back.

Rewelacyjny apartament wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba, w tym klimatyzatory w każdym pokoju plus wiatraki na sufitach, leżaki i parasol, dekoder nc+ z abonamentem, lodówkę, zmywarkę i pralkę (praktycznie nowe), a nawet ultradźwiękowy odstraszacz owadów - wszystko sprawne. Czystość - 10/10. Na osiedlu znajduje się ogólnodostępny duży basen z czystą, chłodną wodą.
Cudowna okolica - 10 minut spacerkiem przez park i wydmy z chodnikami do szerokiej, piaszczystej plaży, która nie jest zatłoczona, ponieważ lokalizacja znajduje się pomiędzy dwiema większymi plażami. Na plaży bar z jedzeniem i napojami. Niemniej do pobliskich restauracji w obu miejscowościach też jest bardzo blisko, wystarczy krótki spacer.
Kontakt z właścicielem również zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę.
