Ideal option for staying in Theth. Free parking included. Amazing view. Free breakfast was simple but nice - consisted of fruit, bread, homemade jams, orange juice, and a bit of egg. Dinner available for purchase for 15€. Bedroom was comfortable.
Quite thin walls so could hear other guests. Bathroom could have done with some air freshener.

The staff was exceptional, went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The building is a bit old, but still quite comfy. Walking to the hiking spots was a bit dangerous since you have to walk on roads where cars pass but not the fault of the property obviously.

Nice place located to main road to Theth, located 200m altitude above center of Theth.
You can get walk on side path/stairs omitting the road curves if needed to get to Theth center on food.
The room is located upstairs, it is large enough with private small, clean bathroom and hot water from individual water tank. There is a window in the bathroom.
The room window, with view on mountains directly on sunrise over Valbona Pass, is protected with insect screen.
There are delicious dinners served in the evening - all local food (meat, vegetables, fruits) served grilled on large plate.
Breakfast are self-service with wide menu, also home-made with sheep cheese, fruits, eggs, vegetables and local bread.
We were glamoured by time we spend on the terrace with breakfast and dinners.
The center of the Theth is available in 30-60min walk depending on selected path.
Valbona Pass - in 4h from the place.
Parking is large and safe.
Even both nights all rooms are occupied, it was quiet and terrace was not crowded.
The host family is helpful, well-supporting and speak English fluently.
Fresh water spring next to the house.
We really enjoy our stay and unfortunately it was only 2 days at Theth - should be more.
Good price - compromise to location further from center, but with better view and easy access by car - no unpaved road.

Beautiful scenery out the windows. Staff pleasant. Plenty of hot water when hot water tank turned on.
I hr walk to Theth so need a vehicle. Being on main road the traffic is noisy. The room is cold. Need extra blankets in room. Bathroom ceiling is slanted making that room smaller.
