We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa near Zadar! The house is beautifully designed, modern, and very well equipped. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The private pool was a highlight – clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the sunny days.
The location was great: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to Zadar and the surrounding beaches. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We would definitely come back!

Just finished our stay in Villa Rocinante. We were group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It looks very new so we were guessing it is probably only a few years old. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need! They even got an ice maker! The owner was very friendly, welcomed us on arrival with a big cheese and meet platter and drinks! He also shown us around in the villa. Communication was nice and clear. The kids loved the pool, the play area. We also had some lovely visitors during our stay-two tortoises and 1 cat, which was an extra bonus for the kids. Everything was so well maintained and we had such a lovely stay. So highly recommended and we would love to come back again!
