The accommodation is well-equipped, new, and offers a beautiful view; it is spacious and comfortable for two people. We stayed on the top floor; the sloping ceiling is perfectly manageable unless you are two meters tall. The beach is about 200 meters away with an elevation difference of around 20 meters, but it is a reasonable walking distance—even when carrying a 3-meter SUP board. The shoreline is rocky and pebbly, with a small area of finer sand. The property features a small outdoor seating area with a barbecue spot and a garden shower. Parking is convenient for three cars—or even more, as long as the adjacent plot remains undeveloped. There are separate air conditioning units in both the living room/kitchen and the bedroom, capable of cooling the entire apartment quickly.
The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, cutlery, plates, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. The only thing missing for us was a microwave. The furnishings in the bedroom and living room are minimalist, and there was no furniture in the hallway. The bathroom is also well-equipped, featuring a washing machine and a drying rack. The area is still under development, so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance; however, this makes for an exceptionally quiet and peaceful neighborhood with private beach areas.

Apartmán Adelita - prízemie, bol výborne zariadený, priestranný a plne vyhovoval našim potrebám. Využili sme aj grill a posedenie na terase bolo veľmi príjemné. Plne zariadená kuchyňa, práčka a sušiak na oblečenie potešili. Vonkajšia sprcha na dvore domu pomôže udržať čistotu v apartmáne. Radi prídeme aj nabudúce.
Dvor okolo domu je vysypaný s veľmi hrubého kameňa. Nedá sa po ňom chodiť na boso. Bolo by fajn ho dokončiť/upraviť. Chýbala mikrovlnka. Sprchový kút by si žiadal zatváracie dvierka pretože po osprchovaní je kúpeľňa plná vody a nedá sa poriadne suchou nohou ísť ani na WC.

Wspaniałe miejsce w niewielkiej odległości od miasteczka Pag. Tuż u podnóża apartamentów znajduje się wspaniała plaża z lekko stromym zejściem. Bez problemu dla dzieciaków. Zejście w enklawie kilku zabudowań czyni tą plażę kameralną.
Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie udogodnienia współczesnego mieszkania.
Dość stromy podjazd na parking, dodatkowo wyjazd z posesji wymaga pomocy drugiej osoby ze względu na ograniczoną widoczność.

We loved everything about it. Its location, size, equipment, design, the view from the balcony.
The communication with the agency was very nice and friendly.
We really enjoyed our time at the 2 beaches close to the apartment - one approximately 4 minutes away (walking distance) and the other cca 8 minutes. They were both very beautiful, quiet and clean.
We also had a nice time visiting the town of Pag where you can find anything needed - restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
We have been coming to Croatia (always to different locations) as a family of 3 for the past 11 years and I have to say that this has been our best stay.
There wasn’t such thing.
