Gianni was amazing. This place is impeccable. The roof top and hot tub were amazing.

De ligging is zeer goed. Is niet te ver van het station. Dit is belangrijk als je de streek wenst te verkennen met het openbaar vervoer dat zeer goedkoop is. De jacuzzi is aangenaam na een lange daguitsap
Er waren geen borden en tassen aanwezig om gebruik te kunnen maken van de thee en koffiefaciliteiten. Er waren enkel kartonnen en plastieken bekertjes

L'emplacement, chambre spacieuse, moderne, la place de parking, bâtiment sécurisé, et hôte disponible.
La salle de bain manquait de nettoyage, le frigo disfonctionnait, quelques couverts à disposition serait un plus, et un parasol pour la terrasse ensoleillée le matin ou table à manger en intérieur serait également un plus pour le petit déjeuner.

The property was in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. We felt very safe there, as it was situated in a lovely neighbourhood. The housekeeper, Gianni, was very kind and helpful during our stay.
Unfortunately, the property was dirty upon our arrival. The table and the fridge had not been cleaned, and there were many ants throughout the house. We asked for cleaning products, but none were provided. The fridge was supposedly cleaned, but it had clearly not been touched, as the bottles and other items inside were still in the same position. The jacuzzi was completely emptied and refilled, although it was still not perfectly clean.
On the penultimate day, we requested a change of towels and some toilet paper. However, when we returned, the dirty towels were still on the floor where we had left them. Only fresh towels and toilet paper had been placed on top of the table, while the dirty ones had not been removed. The bathroom also flooded when too much water was used in the shower.
