For the first time, having stayed in self contained accommodation, both internationally and domestically, I can honestly say we loved everything
The location overlooking the Derwent, perfect. Views you are not able to stop admiring. Abd oh so quiet! The unit, both spacious and beautifully decorated. As for extras, Wendy and Harry haven't missed a thing. From home made goodies, breakfast supplies, excellent toiletries, including supplies for those whom may have forgotten their razor, toothbrush, necessities for the ladies. They have honestly thought of everything. The French Linen and oh so comfy bed were much appreciated. Having met Wendy, she makes you feel very welcome. Hubby and I both agree it is literally the best accommodation we've chosen. Well, I chose, but he agreed I picked a good one. 😀

The location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent, just as described. What really made the stay, though, were the people, genuinely welcoming, friendly, and generous with their time. It felt more like staying with friends than booking a room. Superb value for money, and honestly better than any hotel I've stayed in.
