The apartment is located in a premium residential complex, which feels safe and modern. The underground parking is a big plus, and there are several nice restaurants just a short walk away — very convenient.
The apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it appeared to have been only superficially prepared before check-in — disappointing for a property in this category. The bedroom was also smaller than expected based on the photos. While the location and facilities are very good, the cleaning standards should be improved to truly reflect the premium setting.

The property itself was nice and as described.
I followed all of the check-in instructions, but when we arrived, the keys were not there. I immediately messaged and called the host, but it took nearly an hour to receive a response. The lack of communication was very frustrating and felt unprofessional, especially since it significantly disrupted our plans for the evening.
