About this apartment rental
Our bright and well-equipped vacation rental was renovated in 2019 and is located in a quiet yet easily accessible residential area in the Garmisch district. It features 4 rooms (approx. 100 square meters) on the first floor of a modern six-unit building, with one of the three rooms opening onto a large, walk-out balcony facing a sunny southwest direction.
The apartment includes an underground parking space as well as storage space for sports equipment in the shared basement.
The residential complex is quiet and well-maintained and features a small children’s playground. The large balcony offers views of Kreuzeck, Kandahar, and Alpspitze; the Kramer lies just outside the windows of the dining room and kitchen.
Our vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for walks and relaxed or even ambitious day trips—convenient and eco-friendly, whether on foot or by bike right from your doorstep. A bus stop is also within walking distance.
