Ready for your relaxing beach vacation? This spacious house is located a 6-minute drive from the heart of Pacific City where there are restaurants, shops, and beach rental gear. Looking for some ATV fun? Sand Lake Recreation Area is 12 minutes away.
Want to go on a day adventure? Tillamook home of the Tillamook Cheese Factory is a 30-minute drive while Lincoln City has a lot to offer with restaurants, outlet stores, and Chinook Winds Casino is 40 minutes away.
Located on a quiet street only a 5 min walk to a serene part of the beach this 2600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom perfect for your relaxing getaway!
This house boasts a fully stocked kitchen and dining room that seats 8! Gather around the table share a meal or play a game.
Palms at the Beach has a lot of extras to make your stay more enjoyable! Including a pool table in the family room, a foosball table downstairs, corn hole, and a cozy woodburning firepit outside to sip on your favorite beverage while roasting marshmallows. There is also a gas BBQ area to grill up some of your favorites.
Beach essentials are provided including beach chairs, buckets, and shovels, and a cooler to stash away some drinks!
This part of the beach is less crowded and provides space for flying kites, games, beach combing, and of course relaxation! Perfect for a family or someone who just wants to get away from it all.

- Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilets, no feminine products or wet wipes, we are on septic.
- Children must be supervised at all times :)
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- Smoking or vaping on the property is prohibited (inside and outside)
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home.
- No parties or events

The rooms are huge. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool table was a big hit, as well as the sand pails and utensils. The house is about a 2 block walk to the beach which has beautiful sand and few visitors.The hosts respond quickly - even when they are on vacation.There are two things to be aware of - there are 2 bathrooms - one upstairs with the bedrooms and one downstairs with the foosball and laundry and internet and cell service are almost nonexistent outside and weak inside.

Perfect house for families and kids! The pool table and foosball table were a huge hit! The beach is just a short walk away. The home was furnished nicely and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay again!
